Russell, Bay of islands
January 24th, With the ferry, we cross the Hokianga Harbour. We drive to Opua on the East Coast.
Here we take the ferry to Okiato and arrive in the historic town Russell at the magical Bay of Islands.
In this secluded bay, we can make many trips, like a visit to the Waitangi Treaty House.
We'll stay in the Duke of Marlborough hotel.
