February 1st, Early in the morning we take the old Wanganui River Road, through
Wanganui National Park
, to Wanganui were we return to the main road. Later we arrive in Wellington, the capitol of
New Zealand. The National Museum Te Papa is one of many places to visit in this town.
Here we'll stay in the
Portland hotel of Thorndon.
